An urban renewal begins

As the first shovels break ground at the Radio-Canada site in the heart of Montréal, a new chapter in the city's history is being written with the creation of a vibrant and inclusive community: Le Quartier des Lumières. This redevelopment will provide Montrealers with 2000 residential units, urban parks, retail and a new school – all arranged around a public square. This visionary project by MACH will finally reconnect this once-isolated site back to its context, restoring its rightful place within Montréal’s social and cultural fabric.
