Rehabilitation of the former Montreal Chest Institute

The rehabilitation of the former Montreal Chest Institute, abandoned since 2015, will see its vocation as a place for innovative biomedical research preserved, and will breathe new life into this urban campus. A sunlit atrium and green roof will enhance visual connections to Mt-Royal.

Phase 1, currently under construction, will welcome the global headquarters of CellCarta, an industry leader.
